I read this tread http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32395 and some guys talked about that the collagenous tissue are weeker when u have bad health, and because of that you get good gains because its much easier to stretch out the collagenous tissue, when they are weaker.
So what do u guys say, in ur experience, is that true?
