Hi all,

I am back doing Penis Enlargement and having gaining alot of muscle at the gym I know how come I didnt get gains in Penis Enlargement, the reason was because I was not do intensive training by now pulling hard enough to get gains.

The same thing happen when I went to the gym for year, I did not gain because I was not lifting weights because they were heavy now I push myself and has gained alot of muscle.

I wanted to start from phase 1 all the way through, but I have a length master so I wanted to know should I use the LM or phase 1 all the way through?

Also how much can be gained in phase 1?

Hello antlovesteph, I am glad to see you back. You can start directly with Phase 1 and replace all stretches with LengthMaster stretches. You are one of the rare few with a LengthMaster, be happy! How much can you gain? I gained 2" in length and .5" in girth in six months and that was without a LengthMaster.
