PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x
PC Squeeze - Alternate between a Short Squeeze and a Long Squeeze (Around 2 second hold) - 200 squeezes
PC Squeeze - Hold for as long as possible in the strongest squeeze. Once the squeeze weakens, then stop. - 2x
PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x
Do this exercise once a week, for now.
