alcohol affecting gains

Hi every one i read that if your trying to build muscle you should give up drinking or working out would be pointless. So im wondering does that goes for pe to plz help!

Pointless is kind of extreme, I drank when I was weight draining and I did good. Most of the guys at my gym were drinkers and they did not suffer too much because of it either. I would think it would matter even less with Penis Enlargement.
 
Heh, the myth probably comes from the nuclear hangover that follows.
If you get smashed properly all you will worry is your head... the one on your shoulders :p

That it! Many people can't get this though. I even slip into to heavy alcohol if I don't keep myself in check. Any more than 1-2 beers a day is bad for me.

No problem. Just remember, drinking is a privilege, if you fuck it up you lose the privledge. For me it is all about self-control and discipline. If I let myself abuse the alcohol, drink hard liquor, fly through a six pack, etc. I need to stop and reevaluate my motives and reasons for why I am doing this. It is usually an problem I can't get through and want the alcohol to solve this...it never does. I allow 1-2 drinks per evening of wine or beer. I understand the mellow feeling will get no better with more so I stick to the schedule. I think people are striving too hard to get more out of the alcohol than it gives. Keep shit in check!
 
Hey David you are right dear. For building some muscles we should avoid drinking anything. Alcohol is also effecting in muscles building so we should avoid drinking anything like alcohol.

At a controlled level, a beer at night or a glass of wine is not going to harm him in any way. I think it is important to back up a comment like that with some evidence. Please site this info. Thanks
