Ice baths / cold showes vs. PE gains

Hi folks, does anyone take cold showers or ice baths? Does that affect the girth gains, any idea?
Usually I take hot showers probably only once or twice a month just after a haircut, and started doing warm baths only because of the bathmate thing but I would like to get back to my usual routine.I saw a dude on youtube who considers himself a super-expert on PE and he mentioned that cold showers will ruin the lengthening gains, so I wonder if this might be the case for the girth gains as well though.
In theory this should not happen as cold showers enhance the recovery of muscles after a brutal workout and also reduce inflamations, hence a faster recovery and better result, but I would like to see what do you guys think?
 
Cold shrinks the tissue and your penis will shrink/turtling, which will reduce expansion and elongation and therefore fast gains.

To keep the tissue warm is a key to fast gains.
I use these devices for that.

For me it would not work if I didn't kept my tissue really warm.

Heat is so important! MOSRED is the best in every area...warm up, warm down, gains and healing. MOSRED is also great with discoloration

I agree with everything you just said.
MOS-RED is a game changer for penis enlargement.
 
How long do you keep on in total?
I try not to keep it on too long. About 5 minutes during the morning shower, and then about 30 mins after bathmate pumping with 1-2 minutes break/massage every 10 mins just so the blood flow is restored. Sometimes I can go a bit longer, 40-45 mins.

One time I tried to do both the cockring 5 mins, then jelk 5 mins (3 sets each in total), and oh bhoy, what a difference. I think that was the best exercise I had so far, even better that the pump. But I feel that after this type of exercise I need to recover 1-2 days as I was squeezing with good force during the set.
BTW, thanks for the vid DLD, that's a good explanation of a dual-compression jelq :)
