When I added stretching routine to my PE, I would notice I have difficulty in getting erection after stretching (for erect jelqing). I tried kegeling but could not be consistent with it so my EQ was suffering. I think I have found a way to maintain great EQ without kegeling.
In the past 2-3 weeks I have been drinking one glass of ginger juice before sleep every night WITHOUT filtering the juice of the fibers after blending the ginger (i use a hand blender for this). I notice my EQ has been great since then for erect jelqing. Just thought of sharing my experience as it may be of help to someone struggling with EQ.
