A beginner - ok routine?

Hello, I just discovered PE and I'm looking for 1 inch increase. I'm in a relationship so I will not use any devices for now. I will do the following routine and hope to do it for 30min every morning. Is this sufficient to do every morning or should I do it in the evening as well? Any exercises that you think would be essential to add? Is 1inch in 6-12months realistic?



3 sets of stretching left, right, down-left, down-right 30 sec each (total 6minutes) Question: Do you hold the other hand at the base of the penis?

3 sets of behind the cheeks left and right 30 sec each (total 3minutes) Question: Some recommend like 10 sets of 45 sec hold and 2 set of 5min holds. Would that be better?

straight out 2 minutes

6 sets a 50 reps os Side-2-Side pendulum stretches (2.5 minues each set = 15minutes total)

DLD Blasters with A-stretch (4 sets, 20 seconds each) total 2minutes. Question: Should I do this as a beginner?

= total 30minutes.

Add MOSRED so that you can warm up during those stretches. Please note that I was just like you, I swore a year ago I would never use a device. I thought pumping was something I would never EVER do. Now Water Pumping is something I would use for life, if not for PE then for EQ. My D and Wifey love it. But trust the process and what your D wants and not what you want. Read the other thread I have about coming out of Stealth mode to your partner.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
