Which would be more effective?

2 sets 12 lbs for 30 minutes
vs
2 sets 7.5 lbs for 1 hour

Asking because i hear that guys will hang for hours with lighter weight. I just think it would be better to use heavier weight and hang for less time, no? I just compare it to working out and sets and reps. Use heavy weight less reps (time) for gains vs Lighter weight more reps (time) for muscle endurance, even though the penis is not a muscle

Thoughts

i find i get the best stretch and best fatigue when i work at 2 x 1 hour sessions a day, if 7.5 lbs allows you to fatigue after 1 hour then this is good and in my opinion better than 2 x 30 mins. i found that at working at 2x1 hour sessions daily i can increase the weight quite quickly as well. of course if you wanted to shock the system or get used to heavier weights then why not use 12lbs for your first set and then 7.5 lbs for your second? i think people will disagree with me and say more is better, but from experience more hang time = more fatigue = lower weights used. which is why i try to limit my days to 2 x 1hour sessions. hope this helps :)

My personal philosophy is hang as much as possibly comfortable for an hours time, with as many hour sets you can do in a day. If you can hang two hours a day, do it, four hours, even better, eight, and you're set.
