The title says it all! I had to go through a lot of trouble to get a cable clamp, but if all those success stories of guys gaining massive girth via clamping are true, then I'm sure it was worth it.
BTW, Red, your constrictor guide still refused to download, so I'm left clueless about where to start. I'll still be concentrating heavily on manual stretching (2x40 minutes a day, every day of the week), but I might start off with, say, 15 minutes of clamping every other day and see where it takes me. Anyone care to give tips/pointers on the basics of clamping, plus some brief overviews on good beginners clamp exercises? A link to where such info might already exist would also be cool.
I'm also wondering if I should drop all generic girth work, or do a little bit of both. What are your ideas on this?
