X40 and x40 extreme comparison

The extreme has more control over how much pressure you use and you can go to even greater pressures without having to jam the pump into your pelvis which can be uncomfortable at times. I would suggest the extreme to a beginner as well because you can pump lower and slower with ease and get some good gains. Max pressure with the extreme will bring fluid retention I don't care who you are, but it still brings an epic expansion to the internal shaft if that makes any sense lol
Overall 10/10 product. My 1st & only ever pump owned is the extreme model of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] so I can second the comment about even a newbie can use it, I had no experience with pumping & picked it up very quickly. A couple of hard squeezes on the handball and you're locked in then you can just do little squeezes at a time to gradually bring it up to perfect pressure for yourself 👍

Just put it on top and do the pull on the vine vag and vacuum will improve

No doubt, it is the best, especially for me but for those who are good with putting shit together there is always the wine-vac.
