From reading your other posts you are going WAY TO FAST buddy. You need to seriously slow it down other wise you are going to have a serious injury on your hands. Obviously by the sound of it, you are a Noob. Thats okay but you need to do the beginner's routine before you jump into all of this advanced stuff. Its advanced for a reason, because only an experienced Penis Enlargement'ers penis can handle that kind of stress. Somebody needs to back me up before this kid hurts himself.
 
Painful Pleasure, don't do any advanced girth routines until you are off the newbie program, and wait at least 6 months before you even CONSIDER putting a clamp on.

Exactly. You seem to be doing a few things that will only deter your efforts. First of all your mental attitude always seems to be negative. Did you study any of the threads I asked you to in the Mental Penis Enlargement forum? This is the first place anyone should read before they do any physical work. Being unsure, cutting yourself up, taking a negative view will keep anyone from making even a tiny gain.

Secondly, advanced exercises will not give you gains just because they are advanced. Advanced exercise is for those who put in the newbie time. The reason my members site has 5 phases is for this exact reason. Gains are progressive and the progressiveness is built on the basics. I have a very bad opinion of clamping in general. It seems to be very dangerous due to the restriction of blood flow. I have never needed to do something that drastic to make the gains I have made. Perhaps I am being too cautious but my penis means more to me than taking a risk of fucking it up.
 
^ Thanks for advising him DLD. But just by reading his posts I'm on the edge of my seat wondering what harm he is going to bring to himself. I don't want anybody to get fucked up off of it and bring Penis Enlargement a bad rep. You always hear of some surgeon or pump site saying how Penis Enlargement is "dangerous." It's only as dangerous as you make it.

Clamping is probably the most dangerous girth exercise out there. Everytime I have been injured, except maybe once, was from clamping. Please be very careful in the clamp if/when you decide to pursue it. The gains come very fast from it, but injury seems to be exponentially possible as well.

i transfer to dorms in 3 months, im trying to get 1 inch or more HOPenis EnlargementFULLY.
i would be very happy heh.

right now i think i punctured my ligs or something bc it feels bruised or sore.
 
really? i've heard that taking rest days when you don't need to are a waste.

i think my sore/damage is due to me not warming up/down for the past week.

i'm doing it now though.

Just Penis Enlargement in your dorm, your roommate will know when to STFU and not look. Shit, I walk around with my vacuum hanger on, weight OTS, just with a tshirt on, lol

I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for almost two years, and clamping for about six months. Never had to take an injury leave ever, and I am gaining from clamping. Not any more dangerous than the jelq in my opinion.
