Why is my flaccid girth so above average but not erect

My flaccid is at 4.5/5 inch BPFL but I have little fat pad, but my girth is 5.1 inches! That is bigger than a lot of peoples erect girth. My erect BPenis EnlargementL is 7.1 and my girth is 5.5. I know this pretty well above average but why does my girth only gain .4 inches. My goal is 6 inches but I feel like my flaccid girth will still catch up to my current girth. Any insight on this?
 
I'm assuming you were hoping your girth would blow up to a proportion size when going from flaccid to erect.

Some guy grow from 4.5" girth flaccid to 5.75", some guys have a thicker flaccid but doesn't get much thicker as it fills up with blood. But it all evens out, really.

You're a shower when it comes to girth. When both your erect and flaccid girth increases, I'm sure that ratio will stay. Kinda like my girth: it's baseball shaped, so it's thickest at the head and upper shaft, but tapers its way down all the way to my base. My overall girth has increased, but I still have a thinner base girth compared to the shaft + head.
 
Everyone has different blood flow while flaccid, it sounds like yours is very good and accounts for why the difference between flaccid and erect is not so great. If this is the way your body is, then this will always be relative to your gains. You may one day have 6" of flaccid girth with 6.2" of erect, relatively the same as your size difference now.

My situation is like this too though not always. There are times when my semi erect girth appears thicker than my erect girth. I don't let it bother me though.

I know that, with consistent girth work, I will be able to gain even more girth.
 
This is normal especially when training hard. It is simply expansion and fatigue.
