You’re right and I’ve tried over the past few months to change this and it is not changing like it used to change. It seems like there’s a division between my belly fat and my fat pad and I cannot get below that division. And the fat pad is so notorious for stealing visual length. I hate to say this because I’m always against it but in this case some men might need to go for liposuction to actually lose that fat pad. I mean I’m all ears to someone finding a way to isolate this and make it go away but the old method simply don’t work on the old me.

I have in my body has changed. I can lose the weight but the fat pad remains. I do not care so much as I do not have an active sex life, no one to impress? I am going to try some stuff Red and Ark have been discussing. I am also looking to Stillwantmore for a device on losing weight and building muscle. I’ll never give up but it has changed from when I was younger.
 
Other factors should be taken into consideration as well. A lean man with a negligible difference in BP and NBP with a 6 inch penis is going to look larger (and perhaps perform better) than a man with a 7 inch BPEL and a high level of body fat occluding the size and giving the illusion his penis is smaller due to perspective.
