Seriously...seems strange that someone in history decided to tug at their penis for, oh, a year or so, and then suddenly realized it had grown a few inches... I could see it if masturbation caused it to grow, but jelqing? Really? It isn't that fun, so where'd it come from?

It all just seems strange to me.

It is pretty strange haha but, it works. I saw a thing on t.v. how ancient egyptians would cut a hole in their bed and lie on there stomach and put their penis in the hole the tie weights to it and sleep like that

It could have several possible sources of where it started from. Perhaps back thousands of years ago some masochistic dude was into slightly hurting himself and love to squeeze, stretch, and bend his penis. Maybe he found out after a few months that it was bigger, he kept doing stuff to it, and he kept gaining.

It could also have come from someone who knew about muscle building and they would somewhat apply pressure to the "muscles" in the penis.

Also, I'm sure, since some ancient tribes were into neck, lip, and ear stretching, they figured the same could be applied to the penis, hence hanging was born.

I think that man has been tugging on his penis since being primates (prob. before). I mean, it just makes sense, stretching it will make it longer.

If you want to stretch something out you apply force. Jelqing and stretching are some of the most obvious ways to apply force. Same with clamping. Not much too it!
