So near the bottom of the head just under the head there are little tiny white bumps here and there, I don't think it is PPP though. It could be PPP. I´ve had it since I was a teenager and I think it gets worse when its either very dry or when its moist like after a blowjob when I dont dry it afterwards.
However I dont think its common for adults to suddenly develop PPP. Could be a fungal infection from a unclean device. If it starts to itch then thats definitly it. Have you been using any lube with your other exercises where mold might have developed in the lube?

PPP is not something that happens due to something you did, they are usually something men have their whole life. I do not think you have PPP but a picture would allow me to really diagnose this better. It could be minor blistering but without seeing it is hard to say for sure. If they are somehow PPP there is a cure for it so no worries there.
