All i hav for reference is the email that UPL Distribution LLC send to me for the order number.

Be patient my friend.. Try to find Agust on skype. He's a very very busy man, but he can help you. No doubt. To be fair, i don't know how busy agust is, all i know is i tried to PM agust 2 weeks ago, but no reply.

Wrote email to the customer service email provided but also no reply.

This is no way to run a business? Money is already charged on my card, but no extra details on when or how is my order getting attention! And i'm like a begger who don't where to look for help.

I really suggest you to add Agust to skype and try chat with him. I'm saying this because Agust is not suposed to be online all the time in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] Forum. It's is not his job at all. In the other hand, he do will be
online most of the time on skype chatting with tons of costumers. Even with this time consuming routine, I do think that it's far easier for you to get an answer from him using skype.

Its with DHL at a location I do not know (IPZ-Ffm). You should call DHL and tell them your tracking number to get the status of the order.
