When is it too soon to hang?

I don't think there's a time period before you can start hanging. You can start anytime, just take it slow and start with very light weights that you can handle comfortably.

Yea man, you can start the first day youre interested in Penis Enlargement. Make sure you read the BIB product guide if you have a BIB. Read all the sticky threads here too. Learn all you can. Hanging takes more of a learning curve, but it's definitely worth it.

Supposedly there were subtle hints passed around about him going through a separate carrier with it. But dunno if these are unfounded rumors or not.

I think manual stretching, pumping and hanging are 3 separate tracks you can pursue to get to the same goal. The only one that I can think of that would require prep work would be clamping.

You can make very effective BIB designed home made models as well. Thats all we had before he was building the production pieces. Check the sticky threads in the top of this forum.

Yea, little more complicated to make though. Nothing personal, I just dont like the "wench". Everyone has their tastes though, and I know a lot of guys seem to like it. I say build a bib, and a wench and see which you prefer.

I have used a wench for about 2 weeks or so and I cant seem to get it right. It always pinches my skin and I have to stop before the ligs have to stop. I will try to build the bib and see...

Did you follow the diagrams/instructions for the home made bibs?? Doesnt look like you did. What did you make the hanger from?? Doesnt look like the hose described/pictured. ?

Well, the hose I used is a product not unlike a garden hose I guess you'd say. What I did was to keep it all one piece and cut it down the center so I can just wrap it around my cock. I cut the hose to 2 inches. Underneath that is some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] wrap. It's not the exact specs mentioned in the diagrams but it seems to work really well. It's also very sturdy and the hose is thick yet flexible.

Well, the thing is, from the pic you posted, it looks like the hose and especially the hose clamp are pressing on the top of your penis. That is not a good thing because there is a nerve bundle that runs along the top of the penis, and you can damage it by putting too much pressure on it.
