I was just wondering this because my erection angle is considerably lower than it was years ago when I started. Is there a point where you can't stretch the ligs anymore? If so, then what stretches should I focus on? I normally do btc left and right with my foot up on the counter (been doing this for years), helicopters, and fulcrum V stretches. I have gained an inch with these few stretches and my erection angle is straight out, where it used to point straight up! Anyone have any insight or some new stretches to try? I still want to gain another half inch or so. Thanks.
