thanks alot for your response .so im 23 yrs old and im very weak im 1.75 metres and im just weight 62 kg so i just want to begin the pe exercises but im worried because my weak body so whats your best advice for me to begin and how exacktly and which exercises exacktly should i begin with and how long should i do every exercise and thank you all guys
yeah i was gonna say remmii too...he did something to himself...i believe he was practicing very advance pe and got hurt...he was up here for months talking about it...i believe he is all healed up now but is through w/ pe...i'm glad he did recover...but just like lifting weights or anything else you have to be careful with pe because there is a degree of danger to it although i don't think much...if you practice it like it is recommended...do not go overboard and try to train for hours or take short cuts and start doing advance exercises thinking its gonna get you to your goal quicker cuz all it is gonna do is get you hurt...good luck
