I am still reluctant to undertake proper P.E. again because of past experiences. However kegels I have found to be fine to do but how do you go about with the exercise? Do you do kegels whenever you remember or do you try and do a few more kegels each day more than the previous day? I have found I can get almost steel (unmovable) erections but they only lasted a day or so I am guessing the PC muscle heals quickly? Are you supposed to take a day off doing kegels because the PC muscle can get tired? You can tell I am bloody clueless about this. I have been able to achieve very tight hard erections and found when doing kegels even just whipping out my cock was much more sensitive and made me get a hard on in seconds but I can't seem to get the mega hard erections consistenly day after day. Some advice would be good.
One more thing kegels are definately safe to perform right if I was to over squeese the PC muscle too much would that course problems I know I worry a much but when it comes to my dick (the only one I have) can you blame me?
