I would go with manual length work and a VIMAX. Hanging, if you have a ton of privacy and the time, is great for length gains but it is too much for me. The VIMAX is just awesome, you can wear it all day and it really benefits the stretching.

Definitely hanging. You can make some good gains with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a while, but they only go up to a few pounds resistance.
