Hi, I just started Penis Enlargement a couple days ago.

At no point during the routine do I feel any real discomfort except for in my glans when stretching.

I realize it's a good idea to start slowly, but I'm pretty sure I'm pulling as hard as I can and I still don't really feel like it's pulling. I'm certain I could do my jelqing more intensely, but I'm holding back a little for now. For the stretching, though, I can't fathom being able to pull any harder.

The intensity and strength you can dedicate to a stretch is immense. In the beginning many men fear injury, and for good reason. Taking things slowly and progressively will prove to be a great learning period of self understanding but at one point you will realize the grey area between the black and white of safety and injury. The penis is very resilient and tough, it can take abuse that many would cringe at. You can't max out at the gym the first day you do bench presses, can you? You will start slow and progressive but you will eventually realize your sweet spot of gains. Add the weight slowly and reap every gain you can before traveling to a new place.

I feel as though some would say "Work to your limitations" but, in all honesty, there are no limitations, there are only realizations and understanding to the next level of gain. Take your time and make the most of every second you put into yourself. Expect gains and allow them to happen.
What should you feel? Complete happiness:) You have leaned a secret that many men would kill for. Be responsible and use it the right way.

I suppose that I'll find the sweet spot eventually, as long as I stick with it.

One more question, though. How long should I wait before hanging? After reading the board almost constantly since I started, newbies are encouraged to wait before trying that, pumping, or clamping, but no one really says how long to wait.

I have the time to hang now, since I'm in college and don't work, so the sooner I can start the better.
 
Hey sjk, welcome to the board. I recommend 3 months of the routine before starting hanging. 3 months seems like a long time, but it's best because you have a chance to get gains from manual exercises and it makes the cock ready for hanging. This is a good amount of time to help avoid injury when you start hanging.
