#6-rotary stretch 15 cranks left

#7-rotary stretch 15 cranks right

#10-5 mins limp wet jelq


GIRTH

#1-30 mins strait out jelq

#2-5 mins strait up jelq

#3-5 mins strait down jelq

#4-50 uli's(hold 20 sec)

what do u guys think about this routine ????
ive been lurking for ever beeen off and one pe'ing since i was 17-18
made a few gain nothing major could have been natural growth because of my age

my stats are

6.4 erect length
4.8 erect girth

4.5 flaccid length
between 3.5-4 flaccid girth

if u think of anything i could/should add to it let me know please

This routine looks very good, it encapsulates everything you need to begin making gains. How long have you been using this routine? Have you made any initial gains from it?
 
not long maybe a week, its the best i can do with the time i have
I'm just hoping its enough

just some back ground I've done ALOT of jelqing in the past sometimes for hours just bcuz i enjoy it, but i haven't done alot of stretching or anything

but with the job changes I'm goin threw i don't have the time too offer to Penis Enlargement
that id like. just like everyone else here I'm trying too improve my self mentally and physically soo any words of wisdom would be appreciated
and if anyone has some good weight loss tips/muscle building tips love too hear them
