As for me, I want to get to 8.5 x 7 by the end of this year. What about you guys.
 
Its sad how lots of people make resolutions, and just because its new years think they'll have greater will power for so XDXD. I don't know if god lets me see tomorrow so every day must come renewed resolve
 
You are what you preach templnite, claim long life from today. I will live until I'm 90years old, God approved already. By the end of 2016, I will dig up this thread and you will see that I achieved this goal of 8.5 X 7.

At least 0.5-0.75" in length and 0.3" girth to put me at 8.5"x5.5". Also to drop the 10-20 lbs I've been fighting with, which also hopefully means a 0.5" fatpad (vs 1" now).
 
my PE goal is to keep getting bigger and also make the wife happy
Gains are useless if you arent using them know what im saying?
I hope everyone reaches their goals PE or otherwise, sometimes it can be a long process

tue whats the purpose of getting bigger if we arent using our gains,reaching our goals this year is something important n yeah we have to get our goals:)
 
for me its to get back training regularly. Due to life ( Wife Kids Work School ) ive had pretty much no time besides a short routine to keep the gains ive already gotten and to keep my erections hards. this year should be a little easier. Im still in school but im cutting my number of classes and doing online only so i should be able to get some real work in and gets some gains

classes online are really good for PE brother, you can be doing all kinds of PE during the online class where you dont need to use hands often - like hanging.
Its even better for PE as time flyes and 3x 20mins hanging sets will be over before you know it and all the sudden you have 1 hour of great PE session done every day

As for my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words], I will need one and a half girth gain to outgrow it. If I do girth work morning and night, I see myself outgrowing it from tomorrow till December.. I'm 5.6 inches girth wise now. Tomorrow is the beginning of girth work. I've owned this pump for more than a year but I've never used it consistently for even 2 weeks. I can't wait to get to 7+ girth and scare women.

useful n practical advice.id like to start whit some hanging too at first i tought it was really primitive n senseless but can be useful n effective when we have things to do..

I love to do hanging when I work on PC and will be doing alot more in upcoming months. You just hang it, sit comfortably and work not even thinking about it, and Id advise bundled hanging
From Monday Id like to get at least 30mins bundled hanging daily, very slowly increasing the weight.
I feel amazing intense pull even with 5lbs now, I think there is no need to increase weight fast. As it was said bilion times, PE is marathon

PE became such a strong part of my daily life I dont even think about it anymore, I just do it.

thats what ive been looking into. I figure i will have atleast 1 hour everyday to hang. Ive been reading up on handing devies and im thinking of going with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] since id get the best bang for my buck

My resolution this year is to be kinder to those in need. I see many people who are homeless, veterans and other people suffering due to our corrupt government. I want to be kinder and more giving and expect nothing in return. Saint Paul tells us that charity is most important and I want to follow his example. I think what we have created in the Brotherhood is very relatable to the real world and I think everyone can use a little bit of kindness.

I am close outgrowing it by girth. About an inch in length :)

Just need to keep on going with my stretches.

I'll try to upload a pic tomorrow for a better visual, but the stretch feel very intense and I think there's some potential cuz I can see some progress in this short period of time. I don't do anything else for PE
 
John, Measuring is so important over visual appearance because it is the only true way to realize the gains we have made. For many guys, myself included, we go through a period of PDD or Penile Dysmorphic Disorder. PDD was a paper I wrote years ago on how we can gain as much size as we like but if our minds do not grow alongside of this process we will have a hard time visually seeing the gains. Another thing to consider in erect measurements is there can be so much fluctuation due to erection quality that these measurements can jump around so I save official measuring until I have a 100% erection. Some men get anxiety measuring erect so in that case I suggest measuring flaccid stretches, bone-pressed. This measurement will always remain consistent no matter eq or body fat.

The biggest point in all of this is make the best initial measurements as possible and chart those measurements with accuracy and tie the growth to the exercises, tools for routines you are using. This way you can have a great overview of what is working and what is not working. Finally official measurements should take place every three months but there are two measurements you can take daily that give a sort of map to future gains and these two measurements are Flaccid Bone Pressed Length as this is where length gains show up first. Second, girth measurements directly after training to be sure there is expansion after each session.

Amen DLD! I read and re-read your PDD paper and have all the traits. Your support, BBB's, as well as the rest of The Brotherhood have unlocked a lot of the mental-inertia that comes with change, (especially gradual and incremental change). I'm sold on the process and know this is something that works for me, my emotional health has increased and brought all sorts of ancillary benefits as well. Funny thing about the confidence inspired by a huge log in your pants...seems to permeate your entire being and everyone you come in contact with.

My girth fluctuates a lot with EQ. It's made me quite demotivated at times when it's lower. You are definitely right a change in perception can change everything.

It has been hours upon hours of study as I am making an assimilation between neurology and physics that will help us gain a much greater understanding of self and abilities. I am very excited to finish this work and allow the Brotherhood to see.
 
It took me nearly 9-10 months to get 0.5" length and 0.625" in girth last year. This year I'm shooting to get to 6.5" x 5.625. I've proven to myself its attainable, and I'm going for it!
