So i do 10 min of strong 2 sexond jelqs after my length routine. I usually start jelqing hard to where i can frel a tingle of tightness and than i get soft gradually. But i jusy hot asmall red spot on my penis. Is that normal?

Yes it is normal no need to worry..it will go away with time..you can take a few days off if you're scared but there's nothing to worry about.It's natural.

When you jelq you should feel a pleasant stretching in the corpora. If the pleasure is gone maybe you should stop there.

Jelqing at 100 % is great , but be careful , if you're a newbie i suggest you jelq with 70-80 % erection level,let's just say full erect jelqing are more advanced.But as long as you're careful and you jelq corectly you should be fine.

If your not getting red spots you are probably not going hard enough I used to get them all the time in the beginning up to about 6 months and in that time I gained 2" in length and a half inch in girth

I was under the impression to stop PE till they go (couple of days) and that they get worse if you keep training.

Yes, they are broken capillaries but there is no reason to stop PE because of them unless you will be having sex and they embarrass you. In most cases these red spots will disappear after 12-24 hours.
