basically this website is devoted to guys who have gotten or are looking to get phalloplasty aka penis enlargement surgery.
I think if these guys knew the power of natural penis enlargement most of them would not even consider surgical enlargement. You can do a lot with just your hands and some time, throw in a pump or hanging routine and you are on your way to a big dick. I wish I could just post there and say "hey, STOP" lol but they would think im stupid or offensive.
 
Nah man some people on that forum believe in manual PE...But most of them are very sceptical.I find it very very weird because doctors should know that PE is possible...they should know that you can expand tissue and make it larger...shouldn't they?It makes sense to me and i have no medical training.they should know all of this shit and still all of them say it doesn't work,it's only a scam...why tell a man the truth and save him 2000$ when you can lie to him , take the money,and give him the same results manual PE does..
 
Dangerous and should never be considered when PE is a free option.

I think the doctors just want the money, maybe somebody out there advocates natural PE but I doubt it.

Not a big difference from PE...2-3-4 inches with surgery i think..nothing that cannot be achieved with manual PE...and it feels so good when you know you worked for those inches...
 
Those doctors are very wicked. I'm tempted to start writing about penis enlargement on my wall on face book.
 
It's very dangerous and has benefited for some one. The biggest risk is finding the correct surgeon. I would rather say go for exercise for bigger penis.

Well this is short lived I think only for 18 months very famous in Korea.

Who ever does this can look forward to lumps and bumps all over the penis. Very bad idea, stick with natural methods. Nothing worth having comes easily, it takes work. If surgery produced good results sit would be all the rave, the real truth is surgery causes disfunction along with deformities and other major issues. Sometimes a surgery can completely leave someone impotent. Best to do a lot of research before letting anyone come near your penis! If you don't have patience for natural PE then I suggest you become happy and accepting with your current size.

It is never easy. Anything that has value needs to be deserved through hard work. If PE was easy every guy would have a footlong penis.
 
there is people who believe you can't get fit unless you are on steroids aswell.

the magic pill. has many shapes and sizes. but most people don't want to do the hard work needed for their goals to be archived.

Surgery should never be done unless it is vital to ones health. PE surgery is the biggest scam going and an expensive one too. Natural PE not only works but can bring amazing results not possible any other way. Look at me and what I accomplished, no doctor in the world could have given me this.

It's so funny now because I can no longer go hard on a girl balls deep during doggy style. This is the same me who will be banging a girl from doggy style with all my strength and going balls deep back in 2008 and she won't even moan or make a sound. Manual PE is the best.

Surgery cannot give the same result like PE does. You will get larger with PE.
