What are the best exercises?

What are the best exercises for lenght and girth? Supra Slammers?
DLD Blasters? Mini Supra Slammers? or another exercises? I need your advices. Thanks.

There are no universal best exercises. Everyones' body is different and because of this, everyone will respond differently to the exercises. Granted a lot of people have gained from DLD Blasters and Supra Slammers, but just as many people have gained as much if not more from tunica stretching and wet jelqs. It's all a matter of devoting some time and finding what works best for you as an individual.
 
Maybe you should have titled this "what are the best exercises for you"?
