Been looking for some safe girth exercises. I just don't wanna damage anything.

Yes, try doing a few hundred jelqs every day for a couple of weeks, then step it up a bit. I would also recommend you to try some compression squeezes in between your sets :cool:

That should make you gain some girth within a few months :)
 
Well i think the bend kinda detracts from it when it's looked at from a birds eye. Too bad i can walk around sideways when I'm with a girl. My nbp is a bit over 7 on a good day. On an average day when I'm feeling lethargic I'm about 6.75 or just slightly under 7. Funny how much your mental state can effect your Dong.
 
Normal jelqing was huge pain in the ass do to my horrible turkey neck. I've started doing a reverse jelq and i've found this is much easier and really works the heck out of me. Would this reverse jelq hold the same results as a normal jelq or am i wasting my time?

You should get a ball stretcher for the turkey neck. I wear a 1/2" leather one when jelqing and it keeps the turkey neck down. As for reverse jelqing, you'd probably expand the CC and CS, but you would have no blood expanding the tissues beyond your hands. I'd say any exercise that focuses on pushing in is not wise in Penis Enlargement.

No way does the bend detract from it. It's just fine!! Leave it alone--the bend, that is!!

Honestly, this exercise I believe it too extreme for most people to do. Stillwantmore is one of those I can think of that can do this without doing more damage to his penis than good. This is a seriously advanced girth exercise. Why not go with manual hand clamping exercises such as ULIs and Horse 440s?
