So I’ve altered my routine recently from hanging just straight down for 3-20min sessions to bundled stretches before Manuel stretches in every direction possible with heat, then I wear an ads as much as I can. I switched it up because after 8ish months of hanging I gained only .25” EL and I never felt sore anywhere. Since the switch I’m now getting sore in my ligs which I think is a good thing. The only bad thing is that as I get more and more sore I loose EQ I currently do not take any supplements and was wondering what I should be taking. And when I stretch manually I hold for 2 min every stretch and a lot of stretch I read about are only 30 sec, do you think 2 min is to long to hold a stretch? Thanks

2 mins is not too long. I hold my own length master stretches for 4 mins each. You don't need to take any supplement for EQ. Do Kegel on a daily basis it will help with your erection.

I have read that you recommend starting with 200 side to side stretches and increasing as you progress. Do you count as you stretch to each side or a combined back and fourth motion?

With stretches, it usually pays to start with the more brief, intense stretches first- like the Tension Stretch which is 20 seconds in duration. One can experiment with this for a time, and adjust the time upwards or downwards based on results.
If you're performing that much activity but are getting negligible results (plus low EQ), it might be in your best interests to pare down your routine.

I do kegels but not consistently enough. I mean I do them everyday but the amount of reps changes daily. I think its because I try to split them into 5 different sessions a day usually doing 20-30 at a time. I have sex about 3-4 times a week. I need to get more disciplined and get a good kegel routine and stick with it.
I have been experimenting with the amount of time and stretching. And I guess what I notice is if I do 30 sec holds I do get more of a quality stretch whereas with the 2 min hold it becomes an endurance race that tire my hands. I ordered a length master and cant wait to use it.
Im sorry I didnt mean to make it sound like my EQ was a huge problem. My EQ tends to go down towards the end of my routine usually when Im jelqing. Itll go from 100% to like 70% for the night, but the next day its back to normal. I assumed it was only going down because of the soreness. I read in one of the forums DLD said TITAN (supplement) has everything you need for pe. I thought titan would be a good thing for overall penile health while giving you a boost when you need it. I couldnt figure out how to order it so I decided to ask about supplements in general.
And when I read SRT I made a lot of changes to my personal PE. I think that bundled stretches before the Manuel or LM stretches are gonna be the game changer for me. Ever since Ive been doing bundled stretches Ive been getting sore. Is getting sore around the base good? Im assuming that its my ligs that are sore.

Good to know. It’s not like it’s painful to hold for 2 min, I just didn’t know if it was good or bad and most people only stretch for about 30 sec. And you are right about the need to do a good kegel routine. I do some kegels I’m just not consistent with it. Thanks for the reply huge-girth

Attempt to set up an ERECT Kegel routine, but perform it once a day after your enlargement work. Attempt to add reps each session.
If you feel you get the best results from 30 second stretches you can perform them "Tension Stretch" style: 15 seconds with building tension and another 15 seconds to hold.
Exhaustion should be temporary, and any notable exhasution should be felt towards the end of a trainign cycle. if felt early in a cycle it may cause you to peak early.
IMO, any soreness should be light and dissipate within 24 hours.

The longer you can hold the stretch the better. I'm using the length master so it makes everything much easier for me.

There are a lot of differing philosophies on male enhancement training, but I recommend being careful with inducing soreness- especially at the beginning of a training cycle. You don't want to induce more than a slight soreness, and it should dissipate in under 24 hours.
