Does anyone else have this problem, when you don't lift for a week your penis is your normal size but then when you do lifting 3 days a week or so your dick looses size? I am wondering if its testosterone placement in your body or what?

Cause i started a new strength program and my size is smaller and its harder to get up. <:(
 
And if it is Testosterone how can i balance the weightlifting and Penis Enlargement...it seems i would never see gains if i weightlift.... so if there is a natural way to gain testosterone please help me. I feel so weak <:(

I weight lift in the morning 7-9.
 
I've noticed some shrinkage during the days when I lift, but it's only temporary, and it should be expected.
As far as actual erectile dysfunction is concerned, I haven't noticed anything of that sort. However, I have experienced a slight loss of libido during the parts of my lifting cycle when I'm working at my heaviest weights and highest volume, i.e. at the time when I'm putting my body through the greatest amount of strain it can handle without injury. If you're going through some loss of libido, flaccid hang or erectile functioning, it can be chalked up to general system fatigue, most likely.

If it's interfering with your Penis Enlargementing efforts, you could try and compensate by taking supplements such as viagra (or the generic equivalents), l-arginine, tribulus (tribulus strictly for its libido boosting properties) or something similar.

It has nothing to do with your testosterone levels (if anything, lifting raises them). So don't worry. :)
 
ok sweet thanks cause right now my whole body hurts i am doing TuT i forgot what it stands for but you do 5 reps, each rep 4 seconds with high weight, so yeah i can see whole body strain.

So just on some occastional days go light with lifting?

Just try and stay one step ahead of frying your CNS, and you should be fine (if you manage to overtrain seriously, it might take you weeks to recover properly, so pay close attention to any possible warning signals your body might be sending you, for example, rapid and frequent muscle twitches, sudden loss of motivation and strength levels etc). Do a week of light lifting with high reps if you start to feel too exhausted.

Personally, I don't do Penis Enlargementing any longer. I was always struggling to gain, especially with girth (banged my head against that wall for long enough, and decided to let it be). I know I could gain some length if I wanted to, but balancing a lifting lifestyle with all your other duties and a generally hectic schedule doesn't leave much room for sitting about idly with weights hanging from your dick. Especially if you only have so many moments of total privacy. That, and if you combine the stress from weight lifting with the strain you'd be putting on your penis, you can't really enjoy a healthy sex life, either (you are either physcally exhausted, unable to attain a full erection from mangling your penis, or both). Speaking from personal experience, lifting (if you're serious about it) and Penis Enlargementing do interfere with each other somewhat. You can't really excel in both, with the exception of those who can afford a wide array of supplements, perhaps.

Anyway, good luck to you. Just experiment and find a healthy balance between the two (Penis Enlargementing and lifting) to find some sort of a middle ground where they can both coexist in your life. Maybe you'll have better luck at it than I did.
 
:s girth i know what you mean heh thats all i am striding for and its hard to jelq 1500 reps a day but yeah thnx for input...i am more serious about lifting alot more actually Penis Enlargementing is just something natural and hell if it increses cock health why not.
