Just try and stay one step ahead of frying your CNS, and you should be fine (if you manage to overtrain seriously, it might take you weeks to recover properly, so pay close attention to any possible warning signals your body might be sending you, for example, rapid and frequent muscle twitches, sudden loss of motivation and strength levels etc). Do a week of light lifting with high reps if you start to feel too exhausted.
Personally, I don't do Penis Enlargementing any longer. I was always struggling to gain, especially with girth (banged my head against that wall for long enough, and decided to let it be). I know I could gain some length if I wanted to, but balancing a lifting lifestyle with all your other duties and a generally hectic schedule doesn't leave much room for sitting about idly with
weights hanging from your dick. Especially if you only have so many moments of total privacy. That, and if you combine the stress from
weight lifting with the strain you'd be putting on your penis, you can't really enjoy a healthy sex life, either (you are either physcally exhausted, unable to attain a full erection from mangling your penis, or both). Speaking from personal experience, lifting (if you're serious about it) and Penis Enlargementing do interfere with each other somewhat. You can't really excel in both, with the exception of those who can afford a wide array of supplements, perhaps.
Anyway, good luck to you. Just experiment and find a healthy balance between the two (Penis Enlargementing and lifting) to find some sort of a middle ground where they can both coexist in your life. Maybe you'll have better luck at it than I did.
