weak eraction

so, here the thing.. after done couple days of beginners routine, i found out that my erection is not as hard as before. the girth also decrease a bit, is that suppose to happen? did i injurt my penis? i done my routine without warming out first because because i dont have much time. but i done the stretching. is that the reason for my weak erection?
 
yeah , it happens in Pe. Like after working out i'lll try to measure and some times its not a strong erection and i actually get a lower measurement than before. I actually stopped Penis Enlargement for two days two weeks ago for this reason. Decided to measure again. I went from 6.317 to 6.5125, and from 5.78 in girth to 6. its normal in Penis Enlargement...
 
weak erections can have a lot of causes, maybe you are just getting old? :)

Make sure to get familiar with kegels, do it at least 5 days a weak

Check your diet

Your dick is fatigued. Take a day or two off then get back into it. Be sure and kegel on your days off.

Your EQ will return.

Just imagine if you have been consistently training since you created this thread, you would have gotten to your length and girth goals by now. Consistency is everything.
