Want more girth.

Hey I am currently happy with my length but would want more girth. I been taking 5 grams of citrulline malate for 5 days now and I pumped for 3. When I pump I usually hold for 10 min and do some legals in the tube while pumping. I have a nice meaty flaccid for about 10 min after and that's it. Just wondering am I doing something wrong.
