I'm sick of taking time off cause this shit was bad and it is taking a while to heal. This time off is FUCKING ME UP mentally. I know I can't engorge but could I do a stretching routine while I'm waiting for this shit to heal? I mean an intense routine with lazy asses, upward plyos, upward pulse 110's and DLD's new stretch(sorry DLD, can't remember the name of it at the time).
