so i bought the online access among others things and am so eager to get started.

now on the video dld says to do 2 sec jelqs which is pretty fast. almost the speed of jerking off. but the illustrations on that same page say a minimum of 10 seconds for each jelq movement which is much slower.

so which is it? what are the different outcomes that will be achieved? or does the speed not play a role? are the illustrations for the true beginner like first couple of days pe ing then when more familiar the video of going faster is progressed to or different exercises all together?

although with that 2 sec speed i really have to watch tv or consentrate on something else as to not get a full erection.

also it says to increase intensity as you become more familiar with the exercises. does this mean to grip or squeeze your penis harder as you go down the shaft or to pull on it more to get more of a stretch?

Id say 10 seconds is too long. Try different time strokes man and see which 1s give you the best results. It's good to switch for sake of variety sometimes.
 
thanks for the reply. i read all the info on measureing and believe i did it correctly but my length in only 2 weeks has increased 5.5 to 5.75 nbpl and girth from 4.75 to 5.0. the girth i can explain as maybe being swolen because i go 7 days a week and follow dld's phase one but is the length even possible? maybe i measured wrong but i really dont think i did because i read all about it before starting.

i look down when i'm having sex and after 31 years of seeing the same dick, i find myself losing my focus because i can clearly see a difference in girth. and to substantiate my claims my 23 year old girl friend who does not know im peing asked me if i was using viagra or something (i have never used any of that) because it felt bigger and was so hard. HA HA HA well thats all i needed to hear. im probably NEVER going to stop now. HA HA HA

but has anyone ever heard of gains coming that quickly????

I have gained roughly 3/4 of an inch in the last month, and about 1/4 girth. A lot faster than I thought would happen. The first couple weeks I didn't see much of a change so I picked up my routine a bit and it really made a difference. I had some serious wood the other morning and measured 6.5, I checked 3 times to make sure. but the last few days its been around a little over 6" so I guess it was just a really good morning ;)
