now on the video dld says to do 2 sec jelqs which is pretty fast. almost the speed of jerking off. but the illustrations on that same page say a minimum of 10 seconds for each jelq movement which is much slower.
so which is it? what are the different outcomes that will be achieved? or does the speed not play a role? are the illustrations for the true beginner like first couple of days pe ing then when more familiar the video of going faster is progressed to or different exercises all together?
although with that 2 sec speed i really have to watch tv or consentrate on something else as to not get a full erection.
also it says to increase intensity as you become more familiar with the exercises. does this mean to grip or squeeze your penis harder as you go down the shaft or to pull on it more to get more of a stretch?
