vein question

ive been jelqing for a while now and this wierd thing is happening now its kinda hard to describe so ill give an example. You know when you grab your wrist and cut of circulation to make the veins bulge out of your hand? and you can lift a certain finger and the vein like rolls over your bone or another vein and it you can feel and see a little click on your hand? man its kinda hard to explain but basically thats whats been happening to my dick when i jelq, one of the veins "clicks"

does this happen to anyone else? is it dangerous?

That is what I believe is known as the Dorsal vein in the penis or looking it up now they gave it an even more specific name called the Superficial Dorsal Vein and runs along the lines of the Deep Dorsal Vein. The Deep Dorsal Vein is the vein blood runs through from the corpora cavernosa and the glans. This vein passes through other veins, through the ligaments, and divides into the Pudendal plexus- which leads to the prostate and bladder. It says these veins start at the base and lie right underneath the skin and reach all the way through to the glans. There are also many other veins they describe but this is probably what you are talking about and that is what it is you are feeling in your penis.
