I have been doing my current routine for a while now,and i have seen no major signs of increase in length since from when i first started. I seem to be at a stand still. I did change my routine from the Newbie (where i gained an inch) to this -
> 600 Wet Jelqs 30mins 2-3seconds
> MaxVac Hanging 30mins 3kg 1 set
> MaxVac Hanging 30mins 3.5kg 2nd set
I have been doing this for a while, i think my dick has grown a bit. not sure. nothing where you can say wow yeah! I was advised to upp the intensity of the routine.
My goal is to get to a solid 8". I am around 7.5ish now, so main priority is LENGTH, abit of girth along the way would be good.
So i was wondering if anyone could recommend a few things to throw in or change to my routine, like a few new exericses to get my that length i crave for! Any help, suggestions, advice and exericses would be great!
