Upping Intensity of routine to gain again..

Hey Guys.

I have been doing my current routine for a while now,and i have seen no major signs of increase in length since from when i first started. I seem to be at a stand still. I did change my routine from the Newbie (where i gained an inch) to this -

> 600 Wet Jelqs 30mins 2-3seconds
> MaxVac Hanging 30mins 3kg 1 set
> MaxVac Hanging 30mins 3.5kg 2nd set

I have been doing this for a while, i think my dick has grown a bit. not sure. nothing where you can say wow yeah! I was advised to upp the intensity of the routine.

My goal is to get to a solid 8". I am around 7.5ish now, so main priority is LENGTH, abit of girth along the way would be good.

So i was wondering if anyone could recommend a few things to throw in or change to my routine, like a few new exericses to get my that length i crave for! Any help, suggestions, advice and exericses would be great!

Try swinging with the MaxVac
 
Yeah i do that, its good. i swing it around and back and fourth. i do feel this pull alot more when hanging, i try to mix it up, like standing, sitting down then swinging etc.

Was thinking of adding something in new that could give me the extra push i need to get to 8", main goal is length.

Increase the weight by a pound and do this every week or so if you ani't feeling enough fatigue take at look at this thread http://www.mynewsize.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=924&highlight=pound

So i should start as heavy as i can 1st then once i feel fatigue hold it as long as i can then lower the weight and hang out with the fatigue!

I will try this, how long should i do this for? ive normally been doing 30mins at 6oclock and then 30mins at 10pm.

Should i now just do say an hour constant but vary the weight from heavy to lower once fatigue.

Only thing that happens is i get lots of fluid build up especially when i do 30mins constant with a heavyer weight.

Do you use the MaxVac? wat is your routine? cheers m8
 
ive got a suggestion.
am - (when you wake up) as much weight as possible with max vac for 45 mins
pm - same
pm 2 - take off 50% of the weight and hang as long as possible. you want 2 - 2.5 hours a day. im trying to hit 3 atm.

I think the hour set would be better although I'm not sure maybe the other could be better because it would keep the tears going so i don't know.

yeah fluid is the only downside.

Yeah i have the Maxvac and loads of other stuff in my box:D so i have a couple of routine's and a lot of time on my hands at the moment so i spend most of the day hanging stretching jelqing kegeling lol
 
I will be aback at Uni in a few weeks, as im in placement work at the mo, so when im back i will have alot more time on my hands as well. So i can do stuff throughout the day.

What if i did the 1 hour hang as you say with heavy weight for long as poss the keep lowering the weight, for the hour total. Then before i go to bed do another set but just hang light or medium weight?

I might try and fit in some manual stretches, i dunno?

How do you hang SO instead of SD?? do you have to lie down and let it hang over something? SO = Straight Out doesnt it?

If i did all of this do you think the 8" aim will come? How long u guys think it will take upping the intensity with this?

Just do what ever you think is right now then hit it hardcore when you go back to uni you need to spend more time peing.

Also goldmember i read your log and saw you had good gains using "Dash's Hardcore Hanging"

What is this? Wondering if you would recommend any ways for me to hang best and start gaining again, like you a while ago.. ive stopped! and its doing my head in lol.
