Think of the bigger picture, the most hours you clock in the better. Even if you get little opportunities like 45 mins to an hour use em they all add up. But I would say 4 hours avg is decent, if you can get more that would be ideal.

Yes IF you aim to wear it for more than just 6 hours. You can always just do it all at once but its really up to you if you need the break.

The only advantage with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] even though it can't stretch as hard as your hands is the time under tension you get with it. If the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] was capable of applying as much force as your hands it would never stay on as the noose or strap would pull off no matter what wrapping technique you use. The SG gave me an upward curve after 30 days of use. I cannot really answer your second question accurately because I'm not a fan of the SG.
