Plenty of people have extra skin and it's not generally caused by [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extenders[/words] can surely make you pay more attention to how much extra skin you have though.

I have some turkey neck/scrotal webbing too, mostly extending up half-shaft but if I pull it down then I can see how it could get worse and extend to the head eventually. My sack hangs really low and some people like that, and some chicks confuse a low sack for big balls so thats cool, but for me it comes with the price of having a lot of extra skin that I don't want. The skin can be trimmed with a short surgery.

Interesting. Thank you. In general I'm all for manual Penis Enlargement but I have no problem with and actually am quite sure that I favor surgical webbing reduction.

You can be certain that youre right. Perhaps, although I doubt it, your insurance (if you possess any) might partially reimburse you for such a procedure; however, if surgery is beyond the scope of your means, then, perhaps Kong's techniques might prove to be beneficial. In all honesty, I cannot truly help you beyond providing only the superficial, for, indeed, so far I am lucky enough not to have this problem.
