Tunica/Ligament stretch question?

Do you guys think Tunica stretches are for NBPenis EnlargementL and Ligament stretches are for BPenis EnlargementL? I mean is there any theory or logic that supports it?
 
you can get gains from 3 places:

1 expressing more root penis out from within the body
2 stretching ligs
3 tunica, the tough fibers within the penis itself

think about it, all 3 of those, if you have gains it would show in both measures.

nbpel has one more area of apparent gains:
loss of fatpad. here your penis does not actually gain, but the body wall/ skin at the base recedees as fat melts out from under the skin. the fatpad itself is less thick. so more penis shows. so nbpel increases but bpel doesnt.

ive experienced this myself as ive lost weight this year.

No support of that theory/logic at all.

You want to do, Bundled BTC Stretches (NBPEL = not useful) in order to target your entire penis simultaneously, it's important to do reverse kegels when you stretch (=relax fully into the stretch).

When doing reverse Kegels you have the ability to stretch your inner penis simultaneously as your outer penis (in the same stretch). This is preferred in order to gain as fast as possible. Stretch hard into the inner penis and just relax...a wonderful feeling.
