I am wondering what with all the new methods of Penis Enlargement are working the best right now.

For girth, I keep hearing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] is the shit right? Ill count that as one, what are some other definite dos? Is the regular wet jelq becoming obsolete with all of these new ideas? Or is it still the cornerstone of Penis Enlargement?

As for length, I keep reading bundled v-stretches is the way to go. I know what a v-stretch is and do a few sets everytime I stretch, but what is a bundled v-stretch? And what are some other length maximizers?

So far I have only done length and have gained 7/8 of an inch in 4 months with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], plus a and v stretches. I have not done girth yet.

I plan to gain another 3/4 inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth in the next 4 months to reach my goal of 8x6, so I was wondering what are the best exercises these days?

As far as girth my routine I just started that is working great is a combo. Ill hit up cable clamp constrictors for about 25-30 min. Then I spend about another 30 min alternating slammers and squashes. Squashes I make sure to hit every direction. I get great expansion with this. I used to just do constrictors by themselvs maybe a slammer here and there but since i added everything together my post girth is a good .2 inches thicker than what it normally would be post girth.
