I have decided to make the jump to taking this majic herbal supplement.

What i would like to know from everyone here taking the stuff, is:

Where you get it?
How much do you take?
Side effects?
Benefits (your own, not promised by the company selling)?
What is the ratio of your dosage (1:50, 1:200)?

And any other helpful info, becuase i'm seriously considering purchasing some of this wonder drug.

I have been taking it for a while and have absolutely zero noticeable effect.

I purchased it from http://www.tongkatali.org which in all my research appeared to the be the best and safest source to get it from.

I was taking 8 capsules of 1:50 extract (4 in the morning and 4 in the evening) for a total of 3200 mg.

I didn' t notice any side effects, but developed insomnia after a few months which was probably unrelated.

I did not originally cycle tongkat ali and took it daily and stayed on it for about 3 months and now have been off it for about a week.

As far as benefits, I didn't notice a damn thing. No increased sexual desire, libido or sexual performance.

The ratio of the dosage was 1:50.

As a side note, I originally started taking it because of the supposed increase in testosterone levels (I am borderline low). I had both free (the most important) and total testosterone tests taken prior to and after about a month on Tongkat Ali and the results were almost identical (many things effect T levels from diet and exercise to time of day that the bloodwork is taken. All things were consistent with the exception of taking Tongkat Ali.)

I am disappointed in this product not working at all for me as the hype was tremendous.

I would love to find out what other people's experiences are on this product and will let you know if I have any positive results after I cycle back on it.

How much do you take? I have taken 1 to 5 grams per day. 1 gives me a bit of a boost but just barely. 5 seems to have more negative sides than positive. I like 3 grams per day. 1 gram 3x. I always cycled 2 on 1 off. Like 2 days on 1 off or 2 weeks on and 1 off.
Side effects? First couple times I took more than 1 gram at a time I felt a little sick for about 30 minutes. A couple hot flashes too. When I cycled on longer than 2 weeks I got agitated pretty easily.
Benefits (your own, not promised by the company selling)? Very hard erections. Much larger and more powerful ejaculations. Increased libido. Better workouts.

It's great for getting your dick hard and getting your energy up. It's not that great for staying power though. It made me feel like I was 15 again. Constantly thinking about sex. Frequent hard-ons. Short temper. Quick climax with a quick recovery.
