Twenty five minutes of full intensity stretches would be enough to wear down the most advanced trainee. Why would you stretch your penis with full force- especially with only 4 days experience? With your combination of intensity and volume it's amazing that you didn't hurt yourself!

You're likely very overtrained. You should rest for several days until everything returns to normal, then resume with a routine that's more appropriate for your level of training experience. If your penis doesn't heal within the next few days then it's a sign that you may have done some sort of damage.
 
You should be focused on warming up penis , you just start it .. maybe for a week you shouldn' t attempt any seriuos stuff until penis is ready. Read everything you can on this forum about newbie stuff .. good luck in getting bigger :) ..

It's ok man ..im just saying take it slow .. no rush .. penis is fine, he can get up he is just still getting use to what you doin to him .. no worries ;)

I haven't seen that particular video but the result of your condition speaks for itself. My opinion is that you need to a much more abbreviated routine using moderate intensity. Safety should be your primary concern.

Great advice here. You need to take time off, let your dick get back to normal, and then start from scratch--with a ten minute hot wrap warm-up before attempting any kind of exercise. Your dick needs proper conditioning before you start these vigorous stretches. I started out real slow with the jelqing--ten to fifteen minutes a day--then gradually added time and intensity. I jelqed and kegeled for three full months before I added the stretches.
 
thats really bad. you should post this article as a sticky its improtant i even think my penis looks smaller since this one workout. i didnt Penis Enlargement yesterday i will restart today with less intensitiy but still the newbie programm. i also want to do the footlong stretche after 2 weeks of Penis Enlargement, i read that those are great exercises.
