Ok, so i've had a little while off pe'ing and i am about to dive back into it. I am wondering if i should just do the starter routine, or begin doing something a little more intense? I reached 6.5" which is a full inch larger than my starting stat and have shrunk back to 6.2". Was not happy to see this.

Any ideas what to do after having time off? I've heard stories of people gaining easy after time off so any advice from some experienced pe'ers would be great

I say get right back into it. I'm one who believes once you get a good grasp of Penis Enlargement "it's like riding a bike". You probably would though want to re-evaluate what you were doing and look for a routine that is more directly focused on what exactly you want to achieve.
 
I have noticed that a day or two off helps me mentally and physically with my Penis Enlargement life.
 
yeah my girth has stayed the same at 5.2 which i want to get to 5.5 by december.. but ultimately i want length, which i have noticed the stretch feels soo much better after a few weeks off. Hopefully it's signs of gains to come. cheers guys
 
when this happens to me and i take a long time off.. I do my usual routine but just a lower amount of weight or time period not as long . Do this for maybe 2 days or so than jump back into my regular pace
