Thrombosis

I have just recently discovered that I have thrombosis and was wondering if I can still stretch and if not is there anything I can do so I'm not completely inactive? Really worried about being sidelined for too long and having my goal pushed back a year or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You hot it right on the head! Steer clear of erect work until you have a good 2 weeks of clarity in association with Thrombosis.

be careful not to apply to much pressure while pumping,that can damage blood vessels and always stay safe, don't rush it

I've been searching high and low about thrombosis but the treatment linked someone posted earlier is no longer there. I'm pretty sure I have something that may be thrombosis, it only occurs after using BM or slow jelqing but I'm able to massage it out. It's not painful but has a weird dull ache(ish) feeling to it. I'm currently doing th 5x5x3 and massage it regularly through out the day. This vein does have a rope like look to it and it is quite firm after using the BM. I've actually had this since I was a teenager and only flared up after serious sexually activity. I am also wearing a sleeve when I us the BM to help and it does help quite a bit but it is still there. Thank you for you help and knowledge!

I highly recommend the SiliStretcher and you can use that while you heal. Avoid all erect work
