Thoughts on routine

I want to get some feedback on my current routine. As of right now, im hand stretching for about 30 minuts a day, sometimes more, and im wearing my vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as long as i possibly can. I've been logging 8 hours on some days and sometimes even more, but now its becoming kind of hard because of my job. My question is this, is 30 minuts of hard, and i mean hard hand stretching a day, followed by 3-4 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in the same day, each day, enough? Is there anything i should add into this routine to kick it up? I want to get a weight hanger but money is a little tight at the moment. If anyone has any input and suggestions, please, reply.
 
well it depends, are you still gaining from your routine? if you are then i wouldnt change it. if your not however, either step up the intensity or change the variation of stretches used

Ok, note taken. Well im pulling as hard as i possibly can so i think im going pretty intense. I will switch it up definitly. As far as the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] goes, hows all this stretching combined with 3-4 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] wear per day in your opinion? Is that enough time in it along with all this stretching?
 
i personally would say that 4 hours is enough as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words], someone might say you need more. although in my personal opinion i think that stretching multiple times in a day would benefit you more, just my take :)
 
okay first of all how do you stretch.

1min stretches
30sec stretches
high intensity
low intensity

????????????

i found also adding multivit and extra zinc helps the penis recover quicker.
