I want to get some feedback on my current routine. As of right now, im hand stretching for about 30 minuts a day, sometimes more, and im wearing my vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as long as i possibly can. I've been logging 8 hours on some days and sometimes even more, but now its becoming kind of hard because of my job. My question is this, is 30 minuts of hard, and i mean hard hand stretching a day, followed by 3-4 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in the same day, each day, enough? Is there anything i should add into this routine to kick it up? I want to get a weight hanger but money is a little tight at the moment. If anyone has any input and suggestions, please, reply.
