Theory of progressive overload in PE

That's just the stillwantsmore blitzkrieg method, use as many lbs and clamps sets as possible. I don't know if its the best method but I know it works bra. Vac hangers, lets not revisit that thread, ok lets

Nah, I know how to wrap. Plus I use mainly a vachanger so what wrapping is necessary? Wrapping is not rocket science and it's fairly easy. It's funny any time someone says remotely negative about a BIB like hanger we hear this "wrong wrapping" shit. It's not exactly splitting an atom. It's putting wrap around a penis for God's sake.

There is zero way to go beyond 10 pounds on a BIB like hanger and not pull your skin.If that was the case you wouldn't have turkey neck complaints.

Most of the guys who complain of "no gains" are guys in the heavy (20+ pound) range which tells me , beyond a certain weight the BIB like hangers stress different parts of the penis not conductive to growth.

I got 1 " growth even before I hit 7 pounds. Got another .25" adding more sets. Now that I work at home I know I can add more and I never go beyond 8 pounds. So how can "most grow at 10 pounds" and who are "most"? I don't see any verifiable reports of that.

I don't think heavy weights are that important . Maybe they are but I haven't seen proof of that. I would never hang 20+ pounds from my penis anyways no matter how much shit BIB spouts.
the point of the thread i guess is add weight slowly. Dont just start with 20 pounds, but also dont just stick to the same light weights forever try to increase intensity if gains are slowing or stopping...

I agree.I plan on adding 1 pound every month. The thing is if you add too much weight too quickly you're not only going to injured, but you will need a much heavier weight later on to gain.

Excellent video for this thread! Thanks for posting!

I know this thread is old, real old but I found some useful information others should read.

Everyone wants gains as quickly as possible. But true gains are made through progressive training over an extended period of time. Also the information about the collagen was interesting as well to me.

Again figured others could use this knowledge.

There can be such a thing as progressive overload but that only applies to when you've injured your penis and you have not let it heal. Other than that you can train your penis as much as you want and as hard.

Ah ok I was thinking of something as how the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] program has phases, maybe along those lines.

Ok how about breaking up girth workouts. Once in the AM followed by stretching exercises during the day then girth at night?

That's totally fine to do. Don't worry about volume and intensity. You always want more volume and intensity to gain. Although if you are injured then you need to let your penis heal and maybe lighten the work load or do no Penis Enlargement at all.

Definitely a fine thread to bump and very good information for those who have not read. What you said " true gains are made through progressive training over an extended period of time" is the true of truths. There are some exception to this with Newbies where they can make very quick initial gains but in order to make substantial gains this thoughts needs to be imprinted on the brain.

Sweet thanks for the reply. I found the thread and it kinda of reminded me of lifting and the mind to muscle connection.

Within PE is the most important thing applying more work load over time? For example when things plateau

I change my routine every 90 days and I make sure I use enough intensity as possible. Currently on my 5th month of using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] consistently.

Keep things fun and exciting, change it up every now and again! We can become complacent and bored if we do the same thing over and over, plus the body can become accustomed to any one exercise, routine or tool. So when we mix it up it keep things exciting and moving, fluent.
